Well, it's true enough here, I suppose. Most people are more willing to set aside their prejudices in a crisis situation.

Perhaps... But, keep in mind we are all from different worlds. We do not possess the same prejudices you experienced in your home.
[It would probably be the same, tbh. Maybe with a little less casual acceptance of murder, but...]
